One of things President Obama believes in is the idea thatif a person, any person sets their mind to something and believes that they can accomplish it, that it will happen.  With that idea he also recognizes the importance of a good education.  To this end he has organized several scholarship programs, many of them targeted to women, single mothers and stay at home mothers.  He wants these women to have a chance and get the education they deserve so they can improve their lot in life and their families.
