Education being one of the basic necessities for life must be acquired by each and every individual. To get a high paying job higher education is the first and foremost prerequisite. However, a large number of American people have to quit their education in between to take up other responsibilities of life. A father often being the head of the family has to sacrifice his higher educational dreams to fulfill other needs. Obama being a responsible father himself feels for these unselfish fathers and keeping this in mind he's declared in the Federal Pell Grant to provide effective scholarships for fathers to aid in their educational goals.
